The Optometrists’ College urgently needed software that would streamline the billing process for its members and provide reporting for the board of directors to analyze each week regarding the status of each member and the college’s finances.
- The system generates a new fee on the first day of each month for each member, which must be paid within the following 30 days of the month.
- The college administrators create receipts for members who make payments during the month. For those who do not pay this fee, the system changes their status to slow payer or suspended based on the number of outstanding fees.
- The system generates various reports, such as payments made on a specific day, month, or year, members currently in slow payer, active or suspended members, accounting reports identifying where, how, and when members made their payments and the corresponding amounts.
- The system generates statements for each member and sends them via email.
